When will I receive my order?

Since we live in a tiny country shipping is fast. Domestic packages are usually delivered the next business day. EU packages are delivered in 3 to 7 days. And packages overseas are supposed to be delivered in 10 to 20 day - timing for international orders can vary.

We strive to fulfill and ship orders within 1-2 working days of receipt.  Please expect longer delivery times in peak seasons (like Christmas, Black Friday,...). Depending on the country and its import regulations, there may be delays due to clearing customs or a duty imposed by the governing.

Where are you shipped from?

All products are handmade and shipped from Slovenia ( EU) with love .

Are there any custom charges?

We ship our products from Europe. If you live outside of the EU and your country charges fees (import tariff, value-added tax, customs handling fees,...) you will be responsible to cover those costs. The actual value of the parcel will be reported on the customs documents, and the fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer's country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility.

What shipping providers do you have?

We deliver our packages with three different shipping providers DPD,  GLS and Posta Slovenia, depending on your shipping address.  In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to choose another delivery service, for which we will notify you by email.

After your order is shipped, you'll receive a 'shipping confirmation' email containing a tracking code for your package. Please make sure to check your spam inbox in case the email gets stuck in there.

How can I pay my order?

You can pay with:

1. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) - 100% Secure online shopping thanks to SSL certification.

2. Paypal

How can I track my order?

Tracking will be provided to you via email or phone by the shipping company as soon as the parcel leaves our headquarters. At that moment you'll receive a notification email from them stating the tracking number and a link to where you can follow your package on every step of the way to your door. Make sure to check your spam folder in case you can’t see it.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want cancel your order before you receive it, send us an email to hello@glinasi.com . If the order is not already send, we will refund you the full amount, thanked you for your time and sent you a virtual hug .

RETURNS 

How can I return undamaged, untouched and unchanged cosmetics?

We're sure you're going to love your new clay beauty ritual, but if you unpack it and find out that it somehow does not meet your expectations and it isn’t right for you, you should send us an email to hello@glinasi.com, so we can check and authorize the return. You have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation. Please send us the item unused, in the same condition that you have received it and in the original packaging to: T.A. NARAVA Tina Avguštin s.p., Suhadole 5c,1218 Komenda. Slovenia.

Can I return opened and used cosmetics?

Every product in our line is handmade in small batches, infused with clay and love.  So if you start using the products and change your mind, the products cannot be returned and you loose your right to return them.It is very important to us that you are pleased with your experience and thrilled with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your items upon receiving them, please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help.

I receive a wrong product. What can I do?

It is an unlikely event that you receive a wrong product, but It can happend. All our packages are photographed before shipping. So please send us an email at hello@glinasi.com  as soon as possible and we’ll help you out.

I receive a broken package. What can I do?

It can happen that the carriers in their rush get rough with the package. If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. Please send us a picture of it at hello@glinasi.com  with your order number and shipping information. We will do our best to help you resolve the situation. 

Recycling program?

Our plastic bottles can be recycled through your city’s recycling program, but we have partnered with plastic manufacturer to create a recycling program that all of our PP (polypropylene plastic) product pots, go straight back into a beautiful FLOWER pots.

All you have to do is :

1. Give your pots a good wash when you’ve finished the product inside 

2. Send at least 10 pots to us on this addres : TA NARAVA , Suhadole 5c , 1218 Komenda, Slovenia). The only cost you will have is the cost of postal service for the return.

3. Receive a 10% discount for you next purchase as a thank you.

My discount code is not working?

This could be due to using multiple codes for one order.If you are only using one code, make sure you enter the code in the " discount code“ area at check out. If you are still experiencing problems, please reach out via hello@glinasi.com  and we’d be happy to help you!.

Purhase procedure?

1. Product selection: On the website www.glinasi.com select the product and click on the "Add to cart" link. The system notifies that the product has been successfully added to the cart. To continue shopping, you must click the "continue" at the center and return to the online store. To complete the purchase, you must click on the "Shopping card" link and the system will take you to the shopping cart.

2. Shopping cart:To complete the order,  submit the required information (e-mail, name, surname, address, address, place, postal code and telephone number), which we need to confirm and complete the order and deliver the product. If you have the promo code, you can re-enter it. Then select and calculate the cost of delivery. Then you select the type of payment (payment by credit card, paypal) and fill in the data.

3. Completion of the order: You can view the provided delivery information, the payment method you have chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. If the order has been successfully completed, the website displays the text ''Thank you! Your order has been successfully completed.  .
