I use clay for foot and armpit compresses, for hair and scalp, as well as for a clay foot bath. On Tina’s suggestion, which came in the form of a lovely note included with the package, I decided to do a 21-day treatment. My hair is soft, my scalp is much less itchy, my feet are smooth and supple, and the natural deodorant works perfectly for my daily activities.

I am using clay for the first time and I’m satisfied — my skin feels soft to the touch, and it feels as if it can breathe more easily after using the clay. Since clay is so versatile, I’m currently also trying it on a plantar wart to see if I can heal it. My children are also excited about the clay, as they love applying it on their soles! Pure joy.

I bought clay for baths and compresses for the first time and I am very satisfied. I used it both for a foot bath and as a facial compress, and my experience has been great.

Description

GlinaSi clay, millions of years old, sun-dried and hand-prepared, is exceptionally rich in minerals. Thanks to its high absorbency, it has been used for centuries for detox cleansing, therapeutic treatments, and beauty rituals.

Ritual

For therapeutic body compresses, mix about 3 to 4 tablespoons of clay with the same amount of water or an herbal infusion to create a thick paste. Let it rest for ten minutes, then apply to sore or tense muscles or joints. Cover with gauze or a thin cloth, and place a warm towel on top. Leave the compress on for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, then remove and rinse the skin with lukewarm water.

For anti-cellulite wraps, mix about 3 tablespoons of clay with 2 tablespoons of water. If desired, add a drop of grapefruit or orange essential oil. Spread the mixture thinly over the thighs and buttocks and wrap the area with gauze. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse off with water and moisturize the skin with our anti-cellulite balm.

For a clay detox foot bath, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of clay into about two liters of warm water and stir well until it dissolves. Soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes to relax and detoxify. Afterwards, dry your feet with a soft towel and, if desired, apply a nourishing cream or oil for extra care.

For detox underarm masks, mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of clay with a few spoonfuls of water or herbal tea until you get a smooth paste. Apply it to clean underarm skin and leave it on for about 15 minutes. If the skin feels too tight, remove it earlier. Rinse off with lukewarm water and refresh the area with a mild natural deodorant or gentle oil.

For a detox foot compress, mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of clay with a few spoonfuls of water until you have a smooth, spreadable paste. Apply a thick layer to the soles and tops of your feet. You may wrap them in gauze or a thin cloth to keep the clay in place. Leave it on for about 15 minutes so the clay can absorb toxins and relax your feet. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, pat dry, and, if desired, apply a nourishing oil or cream.
